Agricultural and village development

Indian govt. is talking more about agricultural development and development of farmers. But actual importance is given on non-agricultural industry. It is visible from the fact that agricultural lands are given to industrial houses and building SEZs. I am not against industrial development at all. We need industry very badly to increase employment opportunity and economic growth and various other growths. But, if we keep converting agricultural lands into industrial zone, a day will come when we will not have any agricultural land to plough on.
Following are my ideas on this:
1. Give land to industrial houses on very concession rate where agriculture is not possible.
2. Reduce transporter’s tax by 50% if the consignment is agricultural produced in india.
3. Build cold storage in every 100 KM where agricultural produce is more than 100mt. if built privately, rate should be decided by govt.
4. Every year panchayat should publish report in 2 news papers about what development has happened during the year with Cost break-up along with the audit report.
