I really support to give TAX exemption to those who are venturing into any business for the first 5 years. I say it is a must for any organization which are not for profit making say like NGO\'s, or any other social service organizations.

I see many IT companies which claim themselves are Pioneers, Market Leaders, Giants are given TAX exemption under the slogan of creating Employment. The hilarious thing is their employees are paying huge sum of money as TAX every year. It gives me an impression that employees are rich but their employers are poor.

They all came enjoyed TAX holiday for more than 10 years as STPI unit. The Govt has decided to end the TAX holiday for STPI units. The Govt has announced TAX holiday for the companies which are set up in IT SEZ now.

The same companies which have enjoyed TAX holiday for 10 years as STPI units are moving into IT SEZ now. They are going to enjoy TAX holiday again. It seems to be very dangerous coz the same companies claim themselves socially responsible, building india and so many empty rhetorics like politicians. I dont know why no media is questioning this. am I wrong in asking this question? Please share your thoughts on this. If they want to build india, they are socially responsible they must pay tax. The govt will take care of the society.
