If Trust vote is a must,

Why can't the speaker also vote at the same time,
but his vote can be opened only in case of a tie.

This way people know his true orientation.

The voting buttons hopefully are fine and the MPs know which color does what.

For the future Trust Vote Drama,

Consider pushing the button remotely, like BPO operations. It will work and reduce expenses.

Debates can be had on the large TV screens.

This could save a lot of fuel and other expenses

Last but not least,

Most Bloggers, emailers and SMSers are possibly different from the true voters .
They could be mutually exclusive sets.

Votes must have weightage. depending upon the political and social and general awareness of the individual, a certain weight has to be assgned to each vote depending on the poliical and social awareness of the individual voter.

PM's vote can not be equated to any other, his and the
commonman's vote do not weigh the same.

Each MP who represents nearly 1/600 of the population can not have the same weightage for his vote like that of any other socially unaware common man. A Doctor's vote may be thrice as precious
as that of a common man as an example. A judge or a lawyer's vote may be four times heavier than of a common man. These are just examples.

A vote from a typical professional or a corporate executive may not be the same as the vote from an uninformed commom man.We may need to have a weightage factor ranging from 1 to 100 depending on the person's level of political and social and National awareness.
There are many attributes that will define the awareness factor, like qualification, profession, age, social contribution, literacy level etc.

These are initial thoughts after witnessing the political scene in the last few days, and can be expanded. If nothing can be done, of course we can continue blogging and discussing like we have been doing on the Trust Vote.
