Do IPS officers in karnataka lack courage to protest?

I am referring to the issue of suspenidng the SP of Bellary. The incident had happened in a remote corner and is it correct to hold District Superintendent, an IPS officer, responsible for the incident and penalise? All other IPS in the State should protest the unjustice done to their collegue. Otherwise they will also face the same one day or the other. Bellary is notorious for all the reason and all the candidtes are of the same background.

IPS officers should raise their voice. It is now or never.
