Advani's New Yatra

So, the Yatra man is at it again - doing what he knows best. Crisscrossing the length and breadth of the country in an air-conditioned bus, re-modelled as a rath. But that's where the trouble begins. LK Advani today is...

more Naveen Advani and Tendulkar cannot be taken in the same breadth bcoz Sachin gave every Indian unmeasurable happiness with his batting exploits and Advani on the other hand has only give us Indians grief with his divide and rule policy. He promised us the Ram temple but where is it? Shud we beleive him again?

Bhaskar Chatterjee The issues this yatra is highlighting has a much more wider audience than even Ayodhya. Its creating more awareness, will become more successful than even Ayodhya. Why?

(1) Very existance of the nation state is at stake. (2) Jobs, education, economic livelihood of people are at stake.(3)Core Hindu cultural places like Varanasi, Ayodhya are under attack. (4)temple of learning, neo-economy like IISc/Bangalore are under attack. All these are happening because our pseduo brigade has sacrificed everything for muslim appeasement.

Two leading pseduo parties COMPETING in Kerala Assembly for release of Madani, an islamic terrorist serving jail term. A CPM MP mets Madanai in Jail & gets a letter of support!

Millions who did not support Ayodhya (like me) are going to support Advani on this. As pseduos are getting exposed throughly, they are busy in creating confusion. Its creating a quite opposite result: people are disgusted at pseduo polemic of India's elite English press. Anything now they say, is taken with a pinch of salt. Their credibility is NIL.

Advani, Hindutva rocks. Because, the alternate is peril: total destruction of indigeneous civilization, culture of 5K years.

Bhaskar Chatterjee By shedding Crocodile trears about "old" Advani, author is trying to create a emotional chord with BJP supporters, and then using that to discredit Advani's present. Its a pseduo tactic, which is often used. Manini Chatterjee (of Indian Exp) also did the same the day Uma Bharati was sacked from BJP. She showered Uma with praise. But real goal was to discredit BJP.

Question is: Did this author support Advani when he took Ram-rath in early 1990s? The answer is : NO. So, why he is now so charitable to "old" Advani? Similarly, did Manini support Uma when she was in BJP? Obviously not. The common theme is, pseduos will continue to oppose BJP "whatever it takes" !

No wonder this polemic fails miserably, because its not true. People are seeing through pseduo-design solely to discredit present. Natuarally, BJP supporters/leaders are not going anywhere. At most, they will move between less-hardline & more-hardline. Meanwhile, Cong/UPA will continue to bleed at the vote, and keep BJP/NDA relevant.

If Advani was such out of sync with reality, why Lalu had to invent Banerjee commission, and still lost Bihar?

Shailesh Mehta Yest again another one of those boring Yatra by L.K.Advani. Nice comparision with Sachin who has broken so many records, and Advani is going to establish for himself a record as a man who took out the maximum yatras for no cause.!!! Should this continue one would not be surprised if his so called RATH receives the WRATH of the people at the hustings, the general public is getting just fed up of these yatras at a drop of a hat. As per one news channel Rs.10 Lakh's is being spent on renovation of his Rath and one can imagine the amount that would be spent on fuel alone.Very nice examples are being set up by these Rath Yatris of the BJP. At the end of the day what is he or his party going to achieve by this yatra is anyones guess.
Happy journey Advaniji on your yet another record making Rath Yatra!!!!

mentor What BJP really needs to do is bring up some new faces as leaders. People like jaitley ,mahajan and susmaswaraj are not at all charismatic as the veterans atal & advani. Non of the so called next generation leader appear to win hearts and minds of indian/hindu masses due to there murky image in everybodies mind. I think so a revival of party can occur only with new faces given chance to lead under guidance of the veterans. Raths would also be more effective after the change.

Shamsher India really needs two parties at least. If BJP goes down, we are going to be left with Congress and we know what happens when congress becomes the 'desh ki mata'. Forget Advani, none of us should let that crook hang up his boots just yet. We need someone as shrewd as him to keep a check on Congress. Who is going to come in his place? Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj... who? Till the time we can't manage anything better, Advani rocks. Let's actually help him out with a name for the rath yatra.... whatever!
