Is there any issue on which our politicians, our netas dont have a view? Ok lets think hard. Ummm. from water shortage to cricket matches to anything that begs a face, they have a view on everything.
But... Read The Article
You are right. Clean image of prime minister is only for people to see, not to feel it. If there is a political will to make this image felt, they would have taken action. It is obvious that none of the politicians will talk about that because if you open one, there will be scores of such issues in all parties. They wouldnt dare to do that, after all its a fraternity. Prime Minister should behave like one, and should exercise the power and authority which he can use(We dont know if the real power and authority is in the hands of Dr.Singh)

Not a single comment has come from any politician and these are the same politicians who will create ho-halla about the tiniest of matter. One thing is for sure , these politicians are of nobody. They live for themselves and Will die for themselves. Common' young netas , its time to show India that you got selected in order to Fight for Justice!

Well Bhupen , did u try to get the reaction from Sonia Gandhi or ambika soni ( as these individuals are always accessible ) to IBN / NDTV .If not u r responsible for that. U cannot expect a reaction from people who are with the accused .If the Victim was a Congress supporter or the Murderer was a BJP person , u would have found these congress spokesmen screaming all over the place and IBN would had ( exclusive reactions ) breaking news stories. But since U did not have the GUTS to question these individuals , u have no moral right to ask the question.

Well said.... Our politicians are interested only in issues which will give them vote or money or position. They will talk about Sourav ganguly being axed from the team. How will they talk about it when the culprit is one in the family. They need the support if tomorrow their childern also end up in a similar situation. We , the powerful public, will ensure that all of them will get selected in next elections also. They will take us for granted and get away with all their follies.

So really as far as our judicial system goes, Jessica Lall never died. Oh sorry.. she was never killed. The gun probably went off on its own.. SHAME ON US !!
You hit it right on the head. Where are these people? Why arent the so called "Guardians of rights of common people" (read the CPI) up in arms against what is a travesty of justice? There can be only one answer. Behind this charade of political parties, secular separations etc all the politicians are united in their misdeeds and cover for each other. After all everyone of them is capable and has family members capable of committing heinous crimes. They need to be "politically correct"

well its not right always to blame the politicians because you never know whats there behind their silence. i have seen so many netas with such attitude that they have the capacity to shake everything around but the keep their mouth shut beacuse they are being told to be a part of so called "mute udiences" i think just like netas we are as much responsible for letting these kind of things to happen in our society. we certanly are the part of it and we ourselves chooses the way of our lifestyles then why we go and blame the politicians for every damn thing? BASICALLY THE THING IS THAT WE ARE LIVING IN ABSOLUTE DENIAL DENIAL. WE LOOK FOR REASONS TO ESCAPE OURSELVES FROM SOLVING THE PROBLEMS. IT WUD BE BETTER FOR US TO UNITE AND FIGHT AGAINST IT POLITICIANS WILL DEFINETLY BACK US UP IN THIS MANNER. i do agree with whatso ever you have commented on but we should not forget that its teh common man who is always responsible for teh revolution. JAI HIND!!

Dear Bhupendra,
The issues you tried to raise, leaves us all marvelling as to where the things are going. Today the politicians are trying to project that the other sheep is more black than them. Alas we are seeing the real life example of the famous Hindi proverb " Chor- Chor Mausere Bhai". Why single out politicians, even Media is equally guilty in many aspects. There are some news items where one channel is dedicating a large amount of coverage and some channels not even covering the news, all due to some prejudices.

Elected representatives are talking abt rewarding 51 Crores to Danish Cartoonists at one side and 11 Lakhs to anyone who will cut MF's hands the other side at a time when one of their collaegue's son has been acquitted in a case that was crystal clear. Jounaists like you are atleast trying to keep this in news. Thanks for following it up. It would be great if you can get Bhayana for one of the programmes along side one of the witnesses who turned hostile.

What else do we expect?? There is a strong sense unity in communities like politicians/cops/lawyers/doctors and ofcourse some religious groups... they often stick together specially when they know one of there flock has wronged thinking that it could be them next. The only ones who curl up in corners are the 'Aam Janta' who believes what can we do..."The system is corrupt" well they are not wrong but one thing they don't realise is that one of us could be next....It could be our close one being run over by an arrent driver as there is no fear of law...as the rich and famous have gotten away with it..our inner voice has gone hollow...the only opinions we have or voice out with our family and friends is about lack of water/electricity supply or lack of infrastructure. Reading news paper or watching news has for most of us become just a habbit where we seem to forget yesterdays news and look for a new informamtion...INFORMATION thats all people's life or misery has reduced to!!
