Joseph I agree with Aditya's article thought not entirely. The question of why Dr. Haneef wanted to go back to Australia, almost with a touch of desperation, has indeed intrigued me and as I am sure countless others. Maybe, he is also not just a symbol but also yet another person who has loose ends to tie up back in Australia, may be some things that he left behind or a car he has to sell and close his loans about which there was some mention in the transcript of the interview. We must remember that he left almost within 24 hours of being granted bail. There must not have been a great deal of time to pack all his things or even the frame of mind. So let us give him his space.

K Sanjiv It is unlikely that Dr. Haneef is about to get a visa to visit any Western country any time soon. Perhaps the talk about returning is a part of his lawyer's plan to get monetary compensation for the immense humiliation and suffering he was put through.

Paturishekhar I fully agree with author view that time to mve on for Mohammed Hannef who was proved innocent. But Australaian govrenment still doubt Dr. Haneef Charecter so he should serve Indian people who are poor need urgently than the australian people.Dont worry Hannef we all are there for u cheer up and move on.
