BCCI chief Srinivasan summonned by CBI court in Jagan case

The court has issued summons to all including Srinivasan to appear before it on November 1.

Hyderabad: A special CBI court in Hyderabad has taken cognisance of the chargesheets filed by the CBI in the YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy assets case earlier in September 2013, naming the BCCI president N Srinivasan as accused.

The court has issued summons to all including Srinivasan to appear before it on November 1.

Srinivasan, who is also the promoter of India Cements, has been accused of taking favours from the previous government of YS Rajashekhara Reddy in return for investments in Jagan's companies.
