Warner and Clarke at the same end

David Warner\'s poor judgment ensured his downfall in the 4th CB series match against India.

The free-stroking David Warner wasn't at his best at the Adelaide Oval and his worst piece of judgment ensured his downfall. His unconvincing innings ended with a communication breakdown, as he pushed the ball towards point and set off for a risky single.

At the other end Michael Clarke was also eager for the run but stopped in his tracks as he saw Rohit Sharma collect the ball. Suddenly Warner realised he was almost as far as Clarke at the same end. Sold down the river, he had little option but to sacrifice his wicket for the captain. It was a comical moment for the spectators, but not for Warner.
