    • After the early jolts, captain Mushfiqur Rahim (44) and vice-captain Mahmudullah (48) combined once again putting up a vital 91-run stand in just 76 balls to put the hosts back on track in the run chase.

    • Though West Indies came back well scalping few quick wickets late in the contest Nasir Hossain (39*) kept his calm till the end to ensure that Bangladesh chased down 217 and won the match by two wickets to clinch the series 3-2.
