11 new encephalitis cases in Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur At least 11 new encephalitis patients were admitted the BRD Medical College Hospital in the city on Sunday, hospital sources said.
The mosquito born viral disease has taken the toll of 13 in Eastern Uttar Pradesh since April 1 signalling it is back with the onset of rains.
Hospital sources also said that a total of 98 people, including 24 children, are admitted to the hospital.
