The 14 men accused of mauling and molesting two young NRI women on New Year's were arrested on Thursday night and produced in court. In court, the police wanted custody of the accused. The court turned that down, not just sending the accused to judicial custody but granting all of them bail. The men have been charged under sections of rioting, causing injury, outraging a woman's modesty and criminal intimidation.
