A day early but inflation figures won't be good news

HIT HARD: Analysts believe the figure will stand at 12.05 per cent.
New Delhi: The Government shifting the date of release of the inflation data from this week to Thursday evening but it’s only going be an early shock rather than a pleasant surprise for the economy.
A Network-18 poll suggests the figure might cross the 12 per cent mark, for the week ending July 5.
Analysts believe the figure will stand at 12.05 per cent, up from last week's 11.89 per cent.
Already, RBI Governor Y V Reddy has told a Parliamentary panel that inflation will start moderating only after six months.
