Vidhushak !!

This guy Vishwanathan Anand doesn't know what it takes to play the game of any format of cricket, that too in the hot sun or even in the flood-lights one has to sweat it out profusely .. While this is the sad plight of the players, albeit well compensated for their labour of love, the case of spectators is far worse and pitiable too; amidst the jostling crowd, noises all around you, with hawkers passing thru' you selling peanuts to condoms and what not.. Opposite is the Chess game; though it calls for enormous brain-power, it's invariably in the cool, comfortable (if not luxurious), air-conditioned or air-controlled environs with little or no distractions whatsoever .. Hence, cricket fans need cheer-leaders to derive more fun, sometimes to make up for the entt on the field, barring a slap-stick or sledging .. Let Anand taste a game or two at Chennai or Bangalore (the organizers will be happy to give him complimentary tickets) and then he'd change his opinion .. Even if he doen't, the die-hard cricket fans hardly care for such comments from self-centred intellectuals ..
