The problem is that after that episode involving Bhaji & Sree, we tend to create several 'Multi-Gates'. When will we "for-gate" them?

There seemes to be a move in the media to suggest that there was provocation on the side of Sree. There also is a lobby to bail out Harbhajan and high lighting his statement for a second chance. The question is second chance for what? To complete the second slapping initiated, but prevented by the security man?The role of Rajput clapping and smiling after the first slap and the role of Yuvaraj seen enjoying the 'tamasha'and not coming to the rescue of his team member, also should be investigated.Exemplary punishment should be meted out to Harbhajan and an end should be made to this sordid affair by slapping a life long ban on him from playing cricket.

P.P TALWAR
Harbhjan Singh and Sreesn's unsavoury episode has brought a bad name to the game of cricket which is acclaimed as the game of Gentlemen. To set a right precedence by the BCCI, Harbhajan Singh being a habitual offender desrves a life ban from playing cricket anywhere in the world including own country. Sreesanth whose track record on the cricket field is also shady, should be kept under strict watch and in the event of any default by him, he should be awarded sringent punishment.

Vidhushak !!
The BCCI is very fortunate to have a Johny Walker-like character in Niranjan Shah as its Secretary .. when he does not speak we call him "dumb" and when he does open his mouth, it's a flood-gate .. In this slap-gate case, he says Nanavati's is "a serious report" .. How serious it's for Bhajji or "Pakodi" Sree or for both ? Come Monday .. we'll get to know .. as these two guys are non-Maharashtrians, Pawar should unleash his power ??
As our reader Chatterjee Dada put it, is it a battle of wits--rather SLAPS--between the Dying Bombay or the Shiny Vimal ??

It is very interesting to note that Punjab XI is owned by the Wadia scion alongwith Ms. Zinta and the MI is owned by the Anil Ambani grp. Considering the enity that exised betn the rival textile brands in the days of 'Bombay Dying' and 'Only Vimal', can it be that the age-old rivalry is somehow casting its shadow on the present going-on?

Well, apart from your 'quick-jump' on inferences, it is Mukesh Ambani and not Anil Ambani.
