I most humbly request that her case for admission in the IIT may please be taken up at appropriate level as a special case with financial help from the Banks or other sources as she had already cleared the JEE 2007 and I am sure she will make up for the loss of classes in the First Semester. Besides, there is no guarantee that she may clear the JEE 2008.
I also take this opportunity to request that the matter may please be taken up with the Union HRD Ministry and IITs to incorporte in the JEE Prospectus the designated Banks to whom the sucessful candidates should approach to defray their educational expenses.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,

Mera desh mahaan..Not only Indian politicians, other officials, clerks in every department are corrupt. I've a solution to this problem, "bring all the politicians to one comemmon place, load them onto a boeing 747 and crash that plane in Indian Ocean"..

Dear Shri Harkeeratji,
Hi, this is KALIYUG only CORRUPT, CRIMINAL and TAINTED politicians have long life otherwise the PARLIAMENT ATTACK would have fructified. Even if they are loaded in the Boeing-747 either the plane may not take off or if crashed in the Indian Ocean they may have providential escape.

I do not agree with the facts. The fees in IIT for Btech students is about 16500 Rs per semester. Also if the parents earn less than 1.5 lacs per annum, then this amount is given back. So the fact that she was asked 40000 Rs is wrong.

If there is any way she can still manage to get the date extended for her admission into IIT, we can help her with the fees.

well.. she must belong to the forward caste since the fees for SCST is only 5000..i am also an iitian doing my final yearand there are so many scholarships especially merit cum means which takes care of all ur expenses that are available atleast in the brochure that they would give at the time of counselling(at least in iit madras).. moreover at counselling itself before the payment of fees State Bank of India puts up counters before the hall telling about the availibility of loans at a very low interest rate without any security. only the inital pre payment of Rs 5000 needs to be coughed up before the loan availibilty. this is also refunded after availing the loan. the procedure for availing the loan is very easy and can be got within an hour. The parents should not be afraid of availing the loan. almost 40% of those in iitm do. If the interest rate is a problem then u can always avail the interest free loan that is given by the alumni association. but the procedure for this is a bit tedious and can be got only after finishing the first semester

Hi, I really appreciate the way u have replied. Instead of swearing at the president and the ppl of Bihar, giving proper help or providing information is what is required here. Sitting behind your comp and commenting is very easy but a helpful post like ur is what is required as a response i feel.
