Set a team to come to US and learn all traffic rules and then let the team enforce it. Have Indians heard about "Lane driving"; "Stop signs"; "pedestrain crossing" etc..etc..
I tink the only thing for us to think about is for how long can we go on having Lawless driving rules. 10 yrs.. 20 yrs .. 100 yrs or never

One of the reasons behind road rage is people dont trust our law enforcement system. Instead of calling to the cops people try to conpensate their loses at site. If we have well defined law system for accidents and that will assure conpensation to the victims then I feel that people not fight.

Punish the culprit harshly :
In Case of accident only 1) suspend their DL for the lifetime. 2) Culprit should pay all the medical exp. of the victim + the compensation.
In case of casulty 1) suspend their DL for the lifetime. 2) Culprit should pay the compensation to the family of the victim. 3) Should be given life imprisonment, so that he can regret his action.
BUT the justice should be within the time frame of a month without the possibility of bail or appealing the upper court. These gruesome incident can only be minimized by making an example, that for such act the the punishment is inevitable, severe and prompt, because JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE UNDONE.
