Bindra household celebrates Abhinav's return

HERO'S RETURN: The family wants the whole nation to celebrate along with them.
Chandighar: The theatre of celebration shifts to the home of Abhinav Bindra where friends and family welcomed him with open arms.
Abhinav has kept the promise of a dutiful son to his father. He has not only brought glory to his family but to the entire nation.
His father, A S Bindra is so happy with his feat, he is gifting him a hotel property worth Rs 200 crore. Add to this a gold medal and prize money from various state governments and Abhinav is a wealthy man.
The hotel has been aptly named 'Olympian.' The construction work had begun even before Abhinav won which demonstrated a father's belief in his son.
Senior Bindra with pride beaming from his eyes said that the hotel construction site was a farm house on the Dehradun-Haridwar road where Abhinav practiced his craft. He said that it was there that Abhinav had his first tryst with a rifle.
Family friend, Pritam Chand recalls how Abhinav used to make him stand with a bottle on his head to practice his shots.
Now that the hero is back, his father wants the whole nation to celebrate along with them.
