prathap Do not put aspersion on the leaders simply because he was close to some leader's daughter. I do not see any reason for any leader to oppose a relationship which is of equal footing. As can be seen from the fact that boy is also from a very respectable family. But as the media already put a needle of suspicion it is better to conduct an enquiry.

Ashish The MPs are wrongly mentioned as MLAs in the article.....
"Abhishek's father had earlier claimed that the boy's drowning had something to do with his relationship with Ragini. But the MLAs said they had only come to offer their condolences."

A Laloo is an expert in making murders look like ACCIDENTS. This is his core strength. Godhara or Dasham falls, or his operation in Bihar all had this trademark stamp of Laloogiri.

RS Sarma Jharkhand govt. should allow a cBI inquiry to get at the truth between accidental death or foul play in the drowning of Abhishek Mishra. Visit of RJD MP, Jha to Mishras adds to the mystery inspite of denial.
The politicians in power and sans scruples can get away with murder and scams in broad daylight without a sense of remorse or shame.
There would be innumerable skeletons of cases of the type of Shibu Soren in many cupboards acros the country. It behoves on impartial judiciary with conscience and fairplay to get at the truth and keep punishing the guilty however mighty they may be in their own and public perception.
Look at the inordinate delays in executing Afzal Guru or clearing cases of other murders involving high profile political and high society families. The general public have lost faith in police and judiciary in general, and this perception should be changed for restoring faith in these wings.
