Mumbai: It is the season to be jolly and for the children of Mumbai's Tata Memorial Hospital, who are battling cancer, Saturday was their day to be in the spotlight.
The children got a chance to meet their favourite stars and wow them with their talent. So much so, that even Malaika Arora was tempted to show off some moves.
Boman Irani also did his bit to spread some Christmas cheer so it was a very merry Christmas indeed for all the performers.
"When you can take out time for this, its very beautiful, very fulfilling,” Malaika said.
"It was like a Munnabhai dream with Santa and an auditorium full of kids and Noddy,” Boman Irani said.
And as for the young stars, they see a ray of hope in the years ahead.
“I want to be a doctor when I grow up. I want to help people,” a cancer patient, Kunal said.
“It's my dream to become a model and a big star,” another patient Shubham said.
So it was a day of cheer and goodwill that will surely last beyond just the Christmas season for everyone.
