CBI confirms CNN-IBN findings, says Subba not Indian

The CBI has confirmed a CNN-IBN special investigation into Congress MP Mani Kumar Subba's nationality. It tells the Supreme Court his birth certificate is fake.
In August last year, a CNN-IBN investigation had revealed how the birth certificate that Subba repeatedly used to prove his Indian nationality was fake.
