citizen	This engineer along with some brighties from the Hyderabad Indian School of Business, IIM Bangalore etc. should be engaged immediately by the Tirupati Devasthanam Board, Thirumala on devising some really workable, practical, improved means of properly & quickly handling the daily huge crowd of devotees so that so many hours of waitings regularly could be avoided; One only hopes that neither Arjun Singh nor the TTD chairman would not insist on seventypercent reservations for SC,ST,OBC etc.people even on this consultation commitee, as is already the case with the huge TTD workforce. These components of the big TTD workforce are also affecting adversely the proper handlings of the huge number of daily pilgrims. No controls whatsoever on visitors also exist in this context; hence the ever-increasing unmanageably big force of pilgrims also. What does one do in such situations? How to improve systems and procedures for ensuring faster, courteous movement of the very large number of devotees?. High time indeed to engage some really well-meaning consultants for this purpose. Thank u for the comment, for ur information i ve already submitted a workable solution for pilgrimage movement from Dwajastambam to sanctum santorium and back in 2004. this scheme satisfies all the conditions laid by devasthanam besides assuring a uniform, unhindered darshan of 24 secs to all pilgrims at the rate of 2000 to 3000 pilgrims per hour. the proposal did not receive the due reception.
