Chennai: Dhoni and his men seem to have more up their sleeve than just cricket, as the team members of Chennai Superkings recently walked the ramp for Peter England's new line of formal clothing. And taking a dig at the players was none other than actor Madhavan.

Madhavan who was present at the event said, "I think I need to take a few tips from them. If anything, the kind of girl following they have, it's about time I take a few tips from them."

Actor Madhavan played the perfect host, cracking jokes, taking a dig or two at the cricketers. But the cricket fan that he is the reel hero seems to have made a few friends among the real heroes.

"For change they all looked very human to me. On the field they all look like gods, and even though you're a celebrity, you don't feel like approaching them because they're so into the game. So today when I met them they were very relaxed," added Madhavan.

When the sports stars were asked how did it feel walking the ramp for the first time:

    S. Badrinath said, "It's the first time I walked the ramp and it was a totally different experience. I enjoyed and hopefully I did well."

"I'm walking the ramp for the first time so maybe some Indian modeling agency would see my talent and call me," said Mkhaya Ntini.

And Mkhaya seemed to have used his time to add something on to his wardrobe too.

"I've brought all of the ties as I'm a tie-collector, if you've got some spare ones at home-bring them too," joked Mkhaya.

The Chennai Superkings cetainly proved their worth on the ramp.
