Eighty-year-old freedom fighter Suresh Prakash Aggarwal was sanctioned a freedom fighter's pension in 1977. But 34 years later, his pension has still not been released. The Government owes nearly Rs 1 crore to Aggarwal who lives on charity in an old age home.
