Tredwell replaces injured Morgan as Eng captain for T20 vs. NZ

London: James Tredwell is set to lead England in place of Eoin Morgan in Thursday's second and final Twenty20 international against New Zealand at The Oval in London.
Morgan, who captained England in the first game on Tuesday in place of regular skipper Stuart Broad, has injured his right hand and will not play the game.
England have opted to rest quite of few of their regular starters for the two-match Twenty20 series in order to give them some time off before the Ashes.
With England reluctant to turn to former captain Kevin Pietersen, who will replace Morgan in the side, 31-year-old off-spinner Tredwell has been asked to lead the team for the first time.
Tredwell - who has played 19 one-day internationals and six Twenty20 internationals - starred at the recent ICC Champions Trophy and is the captain of English county side Kent.
England lost the first Twenty20 against New Zealand by five runs at the Oval.
