manu harbhajan should not be punished by bcci too as it amounts to double jeopardy. the principle of natural justice is that a person should be punished only once for the wrong committed by him.

Joseph even though harbhajan is a good bowler,he has to be punished, even if it be for 3 testa/6odi's. He has continued this for long. In australia he got away because of the indian fans and Tendulkar. We are all sure he would return later in greater form. Sreesanth should also be reprimanded.

Amar I feel that the e-media is giving unnececcesary importance to this issues. The coverage and hype given to IPL and other realted issues are totally unwanted at the time the country is facing many serios issues like inflation, poverty etc..

Mastan Bhaji should be highly punished. He should be banned to the national team for atleast for 1 year. Then he can learn how to change the attitude.

GOPAL KULKARNI
Yes,Bhajji must be punished by the BCCI also. In fact the main punishment has to come from BCCI since IPL is nothing without the BCCI which is the real cricketing body to look after what the notorious cricketers like Bhajji are doing. Since Bhajji has severely bruised the very spirit of cricket, apart from destroing the discipline of cricket and that at home misbehaving with his own team-mate, Bhajji deserves only one punishment and if ban for whole life. Not doing that will encourage more Bhajji's in days tocome and Bhajji himself will feel bold enough to indulge in more such uncivilized acts. The BCCI must and should punish him for life that is what Bhajji or anyone for that matter indulging in such acts deserves.

Madurai Mani Yes he should be punished by BCCI too. But at the same time Sreesant is also as indisciplined as Harbhajan or even more.
For mere publicity he over reacts and that too in the most indisciplined way like screaming at the batsmen or sledging like Australians do. So he cannot go scot free

murthy The slapping issue is a disgrace to India Cricket. We had a physical education subject in school and I had read that sports brings discipline in a person and improves his overall personality. The slapping incident is contrary to that. Nobody has the right to slap the member of opposition team after losing. BCCI and IPL should take a tough stand against Harbhajan.

Raghunandan Vasudevarao These cricketers are off late runining the name of the nation by misuising their popularity and money . they are least bothered about their country . Harbhajan should be banned for life .
