Reservations will ruin the country. Its irony that our politicians again started with the reservation drama. People of india are doing rubbish by electing these reserved candidates and sending them to parliament who inturn will raise such kind of stupid things.

Guys... lets try some concrete steps to resolve this issue. There is no soft way we can use to mend this govt policy. We need to fight for the justice as it was done in Nepal, to thwart the king.
I also believe that apart from only sympathising with agitators & using internet we need to join such protests where-ever it happen near your places.
More importantly EXERCISE your voting to right person in every elections. I really wonder what kind of people vote to dumb ministers like Arjun Singh!

'India is heading backwards' Such an irony that we have to compete with the top nations of the world but we still cant decide to keep things simple. Equality one of them. From the time India has got independence has any of the political leaders realized we have lost the cream of our youth to the west.Just because of not enough opportunity. And the Indian administration is moving into in competent hands, who have competed unequally.

As a senior HR professional I can only voice a deep sense of shame and anguish at the views aired by the Hon'ble HRD Minister on the reservations issue. The very essence of imparting higher education to the unworthy perforce is self-defeating and in complete conflict with the basic tenet of HR of nurturing a consistently high quality of educated professionals in the country. Students below the merit line who are nationally pampered with grace degrees cannot fundamentally generate high quality professionals in any functional discipline in life. If the OBC's need to be cared for, which they certainly do, the supreme decision-making body of the country should set out an agenda for proliferation of high quality primary and secondary education that would help produce good quality students worthy of securing berths for higher education on their own right and at par with their "unprotected" counterparts. That would usher greater prudence and acceptance.

This is outrageous and attrocious. Not because i belong to upper caste or so...but the discriminaation is not called for. What are we gonna prove by increasing reservations? Are we ourselves dividing humans into castes and creeds? Let merit speak and not mercy. If Mr Arjun singh says that there could be other reasons for the seats not utilized, then honorable minister-pl first go and resolve that and later you keep scissoring merit for prefernce of vote banks. Its a shame for a deleoping nations that future professionals like docs are being ill treated and some voices are deliberately suppressed for no reason. What do we wanna achieve with this?
People who want to come up in life, comes at their own and need n o dhoodh ka bottle all the time. So stop this non sense at least when it comes to higher studies or professional merits.
Its a sincere request.

Arjun Singh has no idea why he is doing and for what reasons! and he denies to tell his opinions about them. Does any of the OBC's really need this kind of inequality. When students are dying on streets, is there nobody to lend their ears to them, and do something about it.
Arjun Singh should be asked to step down, he cannot reason out for his actions! and justifies that he is doing whatever is told! DOes he not have any brain!
And whats our prime minister doing?
