Fans camp all night outside jail to see Sanjay Dutt

JAIL BREAK: Fans crowd outside the prison to welcome Sanjay Dutt back to his few days of freedom.
Pune: As actor Sanjay Dutt gets ready to get out of Pune’s Yerawada Jail fans are crowding outside the prison to welcome their Munnabhai back to his few days of freedom.
“Circuit tayaar raho (be ready), Munnabhai aaraha hai (is coming),” a fan outside the jail said.
Leading the pack of fans is real estate developer Pradeep Sachdev who shut shop for the day and took his friends to the local temple to pray after Supreme Court granted interim bail to Dutt.
“We will wait here (Yerawada Jail) till night or whenever he is released,” Sachdev said.
But not everyone was ecstatic and some said Dutt shouldn't have been given bail. “Sanjay Dutt has links with Dawood. He has an AK 47 for his protection,” worker for the Hindu Rashtriya Sena said.
Dutt has been given bail by Supreme Court on a technicality and the final decision can only be taken once the TADA court releases its judgment documents on August 27. But for now, it still means seven days with his family and friends for Dutt, which is enough for his fans to celebrate.
Colourful fanfare waits outside Yerawada Jail but fans will have to wait for some more time till the jail authorities complete the bail formalities.
