So which were the films that bombed at the box office?
Flops from January to March had a mix of different genres from comedy flick like Sunday, to Ajay Devgan’s typical issue based film like Halla Bol were flops, not just that even showman Subhash Ghai had to bite the dust.
Flops of 2008
- Halla Bol.
- Mithya.
- Superstar.
- Bombay to Bangkok.
- Sunday.
- Black & White.
So going by the first quarterly report and looking at all the money invested and all the returns, its clear that the Hindi film industry has lost lot of money.
But this is just the first quarter and many big films are expected in the next quarter as well including Tashan, Bhoothnath, Sarkar Raj.
