COMEDY RULES: This week, the BO looks dismal though last week's Partner shines.
Mumbai: It’s the start of the week and the perfect time to talk about the latest box office figures. How did the latest release Bow Barracks Forever fare at the box office and is Partner a hit or a flop?
The deserted box office this week says a lot and in the latest Filmy Fiscal segment, there some bad news and some good news.
Sadly, all Bollywood had to offer on Friday was director Anjan Dutt’s Bow Barracks Forever.
Unbelievably, this is the worst opening theatre owners must have received in a long, long time.
Bow Barracks Forever opened close to only five per cent at the box office. This film is expected to be out of theatres by next week. Why? Bad publicity and boring subject.
Let’s see what some well-known critics rated Bow Barracks Forever:
Sunday Mid-Day: 1 / 5
CNN-IBN: 2 / 5
HT: 2.5 / 5
The Times of India: 3 / 5
And last but not the least, the film-o-meter says Salman Khan-Govinda-starrer Partner is a super hit.
