New Delhi: Mourners bid farewell to one of the two Israeli soldiers whose remains were returned to Israel by the Lebanese militant group, Hezbollah.
Friends and relatives gathered at the funeral of the First Sergent, Ehud Goldwasser, killed in the 34-day Israel-Hezbollah war in 2006.
The funeral of the other soldier, Eldad Regev will be held later on Thursday.
The remains of the two were returned by Hezbollah yesterday in exchange for release of five militants and remains of 199 Lebanese fighters.
