sruji	The answers provided are lack in logical conclusions if not all. They sound answers of a mere Indian politicians. In case of baggage handling problems at Hyderabad airport in fact created by MoCA and private domestic airlines. GMR allotted contracts to Menzies & Bobba and IA-SATS for baggage and ground handling. It is the airlines which refused the handling fares and threatened not to use the airport. Hence the delay in commercial operations. As a response to the protest MoCA allowed domestic airlines to handle ground operations on their own. Which is a breach in contract between GMR and Ground handling companies which is caused by the Red Tape bureaucracy of MoCA.
