The Women's Reservation Bill was finally tabled in the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday amid high drama and protests by SP members. Rajya Sabha was adjourned after SP members tried to snatch the bill while the Congress formed a human chain to protect it. However, Law Minister H R Bhardwaj was able to introduce the Bill by a voice vote.
