G.Ramachandran Dr. Addul Kalam a most respected citizen of India has once again stole the heart of the Nation thro this interview. He proved he is humble and never self proclaiming achievements.

India will definitely a Super Power by the year 2020 and all his vision will come true.

Whether in office or not his views are always respected by one and all.

It was unfortunate that due to political reasons his services were not utilized by making him President of India by the powers that be.

It is not a loss for him but for the Nation. He are not going to have President like him in the future.

Raghuvar I think you are right sir, after a long gap you have spoken to the nation about going ahead with N-deal. I want to give full support in this regard, but I think our all Politicians should also understand the need for it and make our country self sufficient in near future. Give a chance to all younger generation in doing such tremendus development activities. I am a great admirear to you sir. Last time when you are the President, I gave an mail to you sir, but could not get a reply from you. If you have some time kindly send me your valuable sugeestions to me. So that I will be thank full to you sir.
Thank you sir.

Anand "Ten years later, Kalam – who was later appointed head of state by the government of prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee"... Hey, how can you say this. Head of the state cannot be "appointed" by his "government". He was elected with support of "government of prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee". Please be careful in writing anything about my India and her head of the state :)

Chanakya Jr. Even while at the helm of India, Kalam's wise counsels were given a go-by and more often, never heeded to by the powers-that-be and now out of it, who'll care excepting the intellectuals as well as the masses. In hindsight, Pranab Roy & others in the Govt. should have enlisted the support of Kalam to have a sort of brain-storming session with the Left comrades like Karat, Yachuri, Bardhan and the like; probably, he'd have done a much better job in convincing these folks to veer round to his views as to how India will benefit by going ahead with the N-deal. Alas, it was a huge loss to the Nation as well as loss of face amidst the International community ..

By the way, in this context, one can't but lament the poor, unworthy choice of his successor to this august post ..
