New Delhi: Aamir Khan's 'Satyamev Jayate' has already become one of the most popular shows on television today. Earlier episodes of the show focused on social issues like female foeticide, child sexual abuse and dowry system.
While many claim that Aamir Khans show is capable of brining a change in the society, the actors claims that he just wants to raise the issues nobody is talking about. The first episode of Satyamev Jayate reached out to 2.67 crore viewers. It opened with the highest television rating of 4.27. Amitabh Bachchans Kaun Banega Crorepati 5 attained a 3.5 TVR in 2011.Satyamev Jayate is aired in eight languages on nine channels.
