RS	Oh so true. It was long pent up thought..., somebody just put in writing. I never tried one, just because I was intimidated by these hugh percentage of aspirants getting failed. And I did not want those 4 failed years in my life. Govt. should put up a quick screening test every 3 months with limited number of attempts. For some, appearing in the UPSC is already a qualification, and a way to hide other minor failure and save their face for number of years. ( Posted: Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 00:39 )
