B S GANESH Honest Citizens have to thank the CEC for the excellent arrangement made for pre-election time and during elections in almost all the booths. This has made voters to vote without any interference. some bogus voters were also caught in some areas. Now EC should find out which party sponsored such bogus voters and take necessary action without bending to the wishes of any party or politician. One new thing I suggest to avoid bogus voting is to make voters aware that they must inform the polling booths, if any of their family members are out of station and can't vote, so that election booth people can make a mark against such persons to avoid bogus voting. This suggestion may be very useful for future elections. Main parties CONGRESS, BJP and JD(S)are blowing their trumpets that they would get majority. But people have doubt that nobody would get majority and again the same problem would be repeated. There is keen need for review and amendement of the following laws.
1. Constitution to ban/ black list parties who involve in malpractices. criminals should not be allowed to vote.
2. Criminal laws to make that once chargesheted can't vote and can't be a candidate.
3. Massive expansion of judiciary to process cases especially criminal cases on hot priority to avoid manipulating records witnesses etc and victims should not suffer.
4. Dealth penalty must be introduced for hard core criminals to avoid repeating crimes after release and to reduce burden on the echequer. Protecting hard core criminals, traitors and terrorists amounts to victimising and punishing innocen persons. It is foolish to say man has no right to kill criminal, whereas criminal has all the rights to kill an innocent and honest person.
Until such amendments are made we will continue with criminals in politics making poor poorer and rich richer and proving that our democracy and independence is mainly for politicians and criminals.

seenu Karnataka is about to witness a mockery of democracy. Deve Gowda will arm twist all major parties by securing just 30 seats. In such case Supreme court should intervene and see that democracy is not killed in Karnataka by this Jealous politician

rsnmurthy Many names are left out in the lists; people come with the voters ID and return disappointed. In an apt in mwm with 48 flats and more than 100 voters only 45 names found in the list with few of them deceased or shifted out. This is a very common thing in many places
