New Delhi: On Republic Day in the capital, the city comes to a halt and welcomes the annual parade. As the rest of the country watches the procession on national television, undaunted by the biting cold, the young citizens of India took the pains of getting out of bed really early to watch the pomp and grandeur of the annual parade.
