New Delhi: The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) has suspended its indefinite bandh in Darjeeling till July 5, as five of their top leaders came to New Delhi to try and press their demand for a separate Gorkhaland state.

Gorkha leaders met Home minister Shivraj Patil and BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani to drum up support for Gorkhaland as their supporters held a protest rally at Jantar Mantar.
