WAR OF WORDS: Friday's clash was the first and only televised debate between Joe Biden (L) and Sarah Palin.
New Delhi: US Vice Presidential candidates Republican Sarah Palin and Democrat Joe Biden enagaged in a fiery vice presidential televised debate at Washington University in St Louis. This will be the first and only televised debate between the two.
It's a high stakes clash which can change the dynamics in the race for the White House. Critics target Palin for being less experienced in matters of foreign and domestic policy. Biden has been part of the Senate since 1972. But where the Republican candidate loses in experience, she makes up for with her charismatic style of speaking. Joe Biden on the other hand has often been accused of speaking in a manner that is confusing and too verbose.
