New Delhi: It’s payback time for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. After the EPF compromise that favoured Samajwadi Party and Anil Ambani, the Government is preparing to accommodate the party's nominees in the Cabinet.

So within the next week, Manmohan Singh will shuffle his cards and bring in few new faces. Most of them will be from Samajwadi Party.

“In the changed political circumstances, SP is the largest constituent of the UPA and it is only correct that we greet the PM,” says Amar Singh.

The two names doing the rounds are those of Ram Gopal Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav. The Government may not oblige the SP by offering them petroleum.

The Power Ministry is under active consideration and Shibu Soren will be the other beneficiary. After all, Soren played hide and seek with the UPA and then came on board along with his four other MPs.

JMM will get a Cabinet berth for Soren and another MoS for one of his colleagues. After the high of the trust vote, the cold reality has hit the Congress.

Parties will now extract their pound of fresh but question is how much can the Congress give?
