Karan u r just brilliant, not saying because I hate left, but u and IBN helped the whole of India to show the double face of this commies. Every govt has it's own policies, but the greatest blunder of any govt policy was, is and will be to take the left in its Govt, left cannot offer anything...will just threaten and hold the country in ransom whenever they can, just like they are doing now. Thanks again IBN for this much-needed interview, now I know for whom to vote for ( I also think Mr. Vajpayee deserved to be called as Vishm Pitamah, not Mr. Jyoti Basu )

Thanks Karan for getting the 'Devil' by the horns in your show. Indian communists are a shame even to the ideology they claim allegiance to. Marx must be turning in his grave at the poor show of his Indian comrades. Mr. Bardhan has shown us in this show, how intellectually/morally and politically bankrupt the left is in this country. There is NOTHING LEFT OF THE 'LEFT' anymore. Down with this Govt and down with their left loonies who have no idea of people's opinion or politics. They are like termites eating into the system.....more dangerous than the right wing...They are not even good at the one basic role expected of them, to act as critics and keep the govt. in place. DOWN WITH THE FANATIC SECULARISM AND LEFTISM OF THE LEFT!

What a brilliant interview by Karan Thapar. He is mesmerising. And Bardhan is a grand old fool, who has the problem of 'foot in the mouth' disease. Of course, the Govt will go ahead, of course, the Left will technically withdraw support, but will walk out everytime voting in Parliament comes up. The Left are hypocrites. They are shaking in their boots, they will lose 75% of what they had got in Kerala because of corrupt and inefficient government, they will lose at least 15 seats in Bengal because of series of disasters there, starting with Singur, Nandigram, Rizwanur, Taslima etc. The Left's total seats will be 35 in the next Parliament. Bunch of hooligans, who want India to go behind, so that their masters China can stay ahead. If anyone can be called foreign agents, it is Prakash Karat, Bardhana, Yetchury and that other blundering fool Nilotpal. Why don't they face election? Each one conveniently chooses the safety of Rajya Sabha?

Mr. Karana has not just exposed the left. Actually, he has fully disrobed Bardhan and his ilk for their duplicity and double talk.

cool
Good job Mr. Thapar for asking straight questions, and asking Mr. Bardhan for straight answers and not letting them beat around the bush. Mr. Bardhan's answers show clearly that they have no ideologies to follow, and are the least interested in country's good. Also, he and by extension the whoel Left party comes across as most foolish and unworthy of trust.

Indian Commies should understand that this is not China! And if there love of china prevents them from supporting progress in India, they should just leave! These morons consider Chinese authorities as their heroes and criticize Ex-Indian PM and Freedom Fighters! CPI/M is joke.

These are the same communists (like B. T. Ranadive, P. Sundarayya, P. C. Joshi, Basavapunnaiah, Jyoti Basu, Harkishan Singh Surjeet and may others) In general, most of Bengal communist leaders supported China in 1962 in Indo-China war claiming that it was a conflict between a socialist (China) and a capitalist state (India). And these communists will always oppose any thing which will go against there flawed ideology of supporting a socialist state (China).

Awesome interview. Love the way Karan Thapar attacked the communists and exposed their double speak. The Singur incident is fresh in people's mind and elections now would be disastrous to the left. The government should go ahead with the nuclear deal and not bother about these people. They will not pass the no confidence motion in the house.

Vajpayee ji is the ho'ble Bhishm Pitamah of Indian politics, and Left is actually disrobing the country at present off of its opportunities.
