New Delhi: The CBI had only 48 hours left with the prime suspect, and the the investigation was not moving ahead from where the Noida Police left it, so on Wednesday, CBI investigators put Rajesh Talwar through a lie-detection test.

CBI claims that they have got some vital leads after the test.

CBI Spokesperson, G Mohanty says, "A review meeting with forensic experts to discuss issues relating to forensic evidence available at the scene of crime, analysis of post-mortem report and other aspects of investigation was held at the highest level. CBI has constituted 10 teams to look into various aspects of this investigation. "

CBI has made it clear in court that Dr Talwar can guide them to the missing mobile phones of his daughter Arushi and the family's manservant Hemraj.

The investigating agency also says they have recovered a blood-soaked blanket and some other clothings with suspected blood traces in the Talwar household.

Mohanty said, "Blood samples are still present on the scene of crime and some suspected finger prints, palm prints and other forensic evidence were collected from the scene of crime."

Sources indicate that some other family member might also be put through the lie-detection machine.

CBI sources now confirm that it was Arushi who was murdered first in the Noida double murder case. However, the same sources also say that they do not have any clinching evidence against Rajesh Talwar, apart from inconsistencies in statements given by him and his family members during interrogation.
