rajen	ramdoss has got the knack to divert anything. the unimportant things are unnecessarily raised since the government is incapable of soloving the big problems. it is only a diversionary tactics. if he is interested why not close down the cigarette and other allied factories and industries. he does not have guts to do that since his own colleagues are owners of some the industries and he will not get party funds. let him solve the major health issues. nagging on these silly things and unimportant things he wants to be in the lime light.
