bala The real estate projection by the media should be banned from the country.Its a basic need.If some ediot has money to give 6k/sqft it becomes a news and the entire area is hiking price,rentals to catch it.Similarly wages also meant to be confidential is thrown out by media which makes it impossible for small companies to provide real values.

Shyam 15-20% return year on year? At that rate the land prices double in less than 5 yrs. It is atrocious to make such projections when the average increase in real estate has been in line with inflation. There is over 5 million sq ft of constructed property coming out in the next 12 months and the demand is just not there. The correction is going to be more pronounced in the so called emerging cities
