If the Supreme Court takes urgent suo moto action in the matter, our Lok Sabha Speaker will again call it another example of judicial overreach, judicial activcim; in other words, the state and central govt. officials can loot the country in this manner with no accountability and responsibility whatsoever - what to talk of any immediate punishments thru suspensions,dismissals of the corrupt fellows - and the public and the SC are expected to be silent spectators of all these most objectionable goings-on in the country.

Iam surprised at the audacity of the govt at the centre.They really give a DAMN about corruption.They know that after some hue and cry ,things will setlle down and people forget the misuse of funds.I believe that Sharad Pawar is one of the most corrupt Politicians of the country.He & his goons have occupied hundred of acres of Land in Maharastra in name of trust , schools and educational colleges. This is all due to a useless and weak PM, who prefers to look other way, when his cabinet ministers play havoc with public money and swindle crores.Shame on these scums of the earth.

These politicians will never change in India. be it congress, BJP, left or Right - they all are same. What a shame to the largest democracy on earth. What a waste of tax money. Nothing will improve in this land of corruption unless the judiciary is made very very very very strong & powerful.

Supreme Court should ask for an explanation from the Agriculture Minister and the Prime Minister for this debacle. If there is no satisfactory answer they should be prosecuted. Its not Mr. Sharad Pawar's or Dr. Manmohan Singhs' personal money that a group of MP's or MLA's to decide. Its the money of one billion Indians and when the whole world is going through a rough time with food crisis such atrocities should not be tolerated. All these politicians have made tonnes of money through this scam. Yes, its a Scam.

Great job Mr Sharad Pawar, keep it up. All Indians please note one thing unless & until we question these politicians the similar thing will keep continuing, its should not always be that the opposition party in the parliament should do the questioning, we people of India should start doing that. So let us start questioning irresponsible politicians. ibnlive should start weekly programs or monthly programs on these kind of scams and engage people of India to take part in it and blame the bureacrats and politicians involved in it.
