srinath	This is the way the Congress and the Gandhi family takes care of the poor.Its all done just for the heck of it, ad get votes from the poor people. They know taking poor people for a ride is easy by feeding them. No matter what the quality is as they are too hungry to look at quality and congress has taken advantage of this. rajen	this news should be sent to President Bush so he can add this also how india is wasting. shame to upa government. an enquiry should be held on this. oh! no! they will appoint a commission with their own cronies so that the blame will go the people saying that it was not consumed by people.
