BRANSON IN BOLLYWOOD: Richard Branson played a gun touting saviour of the heroine in a 'live', one-take film.

Mumbai: Eccentric millionaire, Sir Richard Branson followed up the launch of his mobile company with another filmy stunt, but this time around, it didn't quite live up to his stylish image.
In a telefilm called Andaaz Apna Very Hatke, Richard Branson played a gun touting saviour of the heroine to once again reiterate the fun loving image of Virgin mobile.
It was an attempt at shooting a half hour film without any retakes and the effort was promoted as a 'live' film.
And the celebrities who came to see it first hand, had mixed expectations.
Model-turned-actor Milind Soman said, "Branson is such a quirky star, it would perhaps be great to see him."
Actor Amrita Arora added, "Doing a one take film isn't easy. If it is really that it should be interesting."
However, once the spectacle set in, it was obvious that playing to cliches, and playing on the Branson image, is all that this one had to offer.
Perhaps, Branson should have a looked a little closer before taking this promotional plunge.
As for the team behind this so called film, well, surely, they could have done better!
