Mumbai: There's a conspiracy theory doing the rounds. South Indians switching from rice to rotis might just be the reason we are using too much wheat. According to a national daily, that's what Agriculture Minister, Sharad Pawar said recently. This is CNN-IBN Correspondent, Paras Tomar's effort at cutting down consumption of wheat in the country.
