Does the media has any responsibility in tackling such menaces to our humanity? Is there any expert in the media who can tell if it is punishable to make such statements? What are the possible legal consequences? Does the goverment has the guts to make it clear to every citizen in India that any such public remark will not be tolerated? As a citizen of India, it scares me think that there are people around me with licences to behead anyone.

I do not think Islam is so weak that it has to call for the blood of people to protect itself. There should definitely be other ways of protesting in Islam. If not, its better thinkers and philosophers in Islam do something about it. Rather than malign ones own religion by making such statements, one should prove to the world by way of their good deeds what their religion/faith really stands for. This would automatically speak against all those badzubaans who may want to disgrace their religion.

These kind of rewards generate more publicity to unworthy writers like taslima... and create a bad image on muslims. Enemies of Islam have always Misinterpreted Islamic literature from centuries but they never accomplished in their goal.

Every person has to have freedom of speech. But this is crossing the limit. Mulana cannot run this country by giving such statements. The Govt should arrest him. Democracy should not be taken for a ride by religious politics. The government should handle this issue by not coming under Religious Pressure

It is inhuman to make such an announcement. Definitely, certain things are painful in life, and for that you can not ask for everyone's head like this. We are in the 21 century, not in the middle ages or early ages.
Let the muslim organisation brothers learn what tolerance is from the fellow brothern.

AIMPLB is behaving like a underworld gang calling for the head of someone. They should be punished for hurting the sentiments of the citizens of this country by calling to behead a human.

The Indian Judiciary as a the Basic Protector of Law and Order should call for the arrest this man.The Government , being "minority protection" people will not find this as a major issue as they have "Vote Banks to protect".But the world will think otherwise.Indias Credentials is at stakes."The Right to Expression" is at stake. Government has to take strict action against both, Taslima Nasreen has to be sent out of country for raising communal tribulations and Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan for taking low in his hand.

People like Raza Khan are shame to muslim community.. they must understand that Prophet mohammad was there 2000 years back and now world has changed. We should look beyond mohammad and Islam .It is a global village now and in a village if you behead a person, lot many will be there to behead you. This is civilised world not a tribal community of afghanistan and some other muslim countries where they behead people.
Indian Govt is as usual neither can bark nor bite these kind of people. If some body will do it he ll be communal.
Finally, when this raza khan will be MLA, any idea guys??

This is very dangerous to country for allowing this type statements. That person should be jailed against the violation of law. That type of people should be thrown out of country. What is the need with the people in country who dont fallow this coutries law. If he dont want her to come to india. Then I dont want him to be in india.
